Deluxe 521 (Update for Deluxe 520)

This update resolves the following issues found in the Deluxe 520 version.

Problem 1: User changes their Organic Registration number thereby causing Lot number errors in the Bin Activity records.

¨ User can now change their Organic Registration number to whatever they desire as long as the new number has the exact same number of characters as the original.

¨ Lot numbers will contain the new reg. number when transferring product from one bin to the other if there is product in the destination bin when the transfer occurs. If destination bin is empty, the reg. number of the source bin will be used.

¨ Harvest Fills will use the new reg. number only if starting with an empty bin, otherwise the original number will be used.

Problem 2: Lot number not always generated. Issue is now resolved.

Prerequisite: To install this update, you must have version Deluxe 520 or later installed.

Upgrade to Deluxe 520

Install this upgrade to meet the organic certification reporting requirements for 2011.

In addition to meeting the 2011 requirements this upgrade contains some new enhancements.

¨ Both Pro-Cert and OCIA production reports can be now be generated using this new upgrade. If you decide to switch from one of these certifiers to the other you can continue using your Organic Grain Growers program. It is just a matter of opening the newly modified Company form, selecting the name of your new certifier from the Certifier drop down list and you're done. That is it. The Report Maker will display the correct list of reports to meet your certification requirements.

¨ Bill of Lading documents are now automatically generated from within the Storage-Bin Activities Form where you can chose to preview, print, email or save as a secured or unsecured PDF file.

¨ Transportation Sanitation Affidavit document is now printed from within the Bill of Lading data form. This document is already filled in when printed. All it requires is two signatures; yours and the drivers.

¨ Prior Land Use Affidavit document can now be generated via the Report Maker.

¨ Units of Measure and Legal Weight/Unit added to the Commodities form.

¨ Price/Unit data field added to the Bin Activity form. (Utilized by OCIA.)

¨ Previous Land Owner-Renter and Previous Title data fields added to Field Numbers form.

¨ Added Shade Alt. Rows button to the Report Maker so you now have the option of shading every other row in some reports with any colour you desire. The program remembers the colour selected so you do not need to reselect it each time you run reports. Reports often look better and are easier to read when every other detail row is shaded.

Prerequisite: To install this upgrade, you must have version Deluxe 510 or later installed.
